How To Make Peanut Butter Cookies
These gluten-free, dairy-free cookies are so easy to make.
Start off by preheating your oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Add all the ingredients and mix them in a bowl until well combined. The end result should be a soft, cohesive dough.
Use an ice cream scoop or tablespoon to scoop the dough onto the lined baking sheet. Use a glass cup to flatten the peanut butter cookie dough, but make sure not to flatten them out too thin.
With the back of a fork, press into the flattened dough to make a nice crisscross pattern. This step is optional but adds a nice look to the peanut butter cookies.
Put the cookies into the oven to bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges are starting to brown. It may take less than 10 minutes to bake depending on your oven, so check your cookies at the 8-minute mark.

- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl until homogenous. You should get a smooth and cohesive dough.
- Scoop the dough onto the lined baking sheet. Use the bottom of a cup to flatten the dough, and use the back of a fork to make a nice crisscross pattern.
- Put the cookies into the oven to bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then let them cool completely on a cooling rack.
