Allison Herries is a registered dietitian and freelance nutrition writer with more than five years of experience in the nutrition and dietetics field. Her specialties include diet and aging, nutrition for older adults, intuitive eating, nondiet approaches to health, and nutrition research. Allison loves food and nutrition and she loves sharing her nutrition knowledge with the world.
Brianna Tobritzhofer, MS, RD, LD is a St. Paul, MN-based registered dietitian. She provides freelance health and nutrition writing services for wellness brands through her business, Bri Toby Nutrition Company. Additionally, she works for a non-profit meal delivery program in Minneapolis called Open Arms of Minnesota.

Katie Seaton is an enthusiastic and experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who specializes in gut health, sports nutrition, wellness development, and Health at Every Size. Her experience as a Division 1 collegiate athlete paired with six years of experience in the nutrition field equip her with the knowledge needed to empower and educate others to maximize their full potential. If Katie isn't writing or cooking, you can find her swimming in the ocean or hiking the ridges of Oahu.
Kimberly is a practicing Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with 21 years of experience in the field. She is also a Freelance Writer. On her time off, she enjoys boating, fishing, cooking for her family, and playing with her two Boxers, Letty and Finn.
