  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Shredded coconut, for garnish


    1. Slice the frozen banana into chunks and add to the blender. Add pineapple juice, almond milk, turmeric, and ginger and blend on high for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
    2. Add shredded coconut as a garnish and sprinkle a few hemp seeds on top of the smoothie when serving.
