  • 3 tbsp butter (salted or unsalted butter )
  • 1 lb shrimp, shelled and deveined (fresh or thawed frozen shrimp)
  • Avocado oil or extra-virgin olive oil (to cook) 
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 tbsps lemon juice

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp butter (salted or unsalted butter )
  • 1 lb shrimp, shelled and deveined (fresh or thawed frozen shrimp)
  • Avocado oil or extra-virgin olive oil (to cook)
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes

  • 3 tbsps lemon juice

Instructions

    1. Prepare all the ingredients. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
    2. Add the shrimp to the pan and spread them in a single layer. Season it with salt and pepper and cook until the butter is starting to coat all the shrimp.
    3. Flip the shrimp to cook the other side, and add the minced and chili flakes. Let it cook for about 15-30 seconds until the shrimp turns orange-pink.
    4. Sprinkle the parsley and drizzle the lemon juice. Lower the heat and reduce the lemon juice down to a juicy sauce, then remove from heat.
