  • 1/4 onion, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce
  • 4 slices multigrain bread, toasted

Instructions

    1. Make hard-boiled eggs: Fill a saucepan with water and bring it to a boil. Place the eggs and let them cook for 15 minutes. Remove them from the saucepan and shock with cold water and peel.
