Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon grass-fed butter or ghee
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

    1. Crack the eggs in a bowl and add the turmeric. Whisk the eggs and turmeric until well combined.
    2. Melt some butter or Ghee in a skillet over medium heat. When the skillet is hot enough, add the turmeric eggs mixture to the pan.
    3. Using a wooden spoon, or plastic spatula, stir the eggs and move them to the center of the pan where the heat is even.
    4. Stir the eggs about every 30 seconds as the eggs cook, or until set (about 2 - 3 minutes).
    5. When the eggs are soft and fluffy, remove the skillet from the heat and add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with bacon, sausage, avocado toast, or sliced tomatoes.
