 Starting point of any journey is assessing where you are. Fitbit is a wrist band that tells you the levels of your fit activities, sleeping, calorie burning and blood pressure mood. It’s a great way to monitor your current state of health. The wrist band is $99 and app is free to download. 

2. Fitocracy – Get community support to keep your motivation going.

You get rewarded by points and gadgets for your hard work and there is community involvement to keep you motivated.
